Coverage Period

 

Our insulated tumblers come with a limited lifetime warranty, designed to give you peace of mind and ensure your product performs as expected.

 

What is Covered

 

This warranty covers:

  1. Material and Workmanship Defects: Any defects in materials or craftsmanship under normal use and conditions.

 

What is Not Covered

 

This warranty does not cover:

  1. Normal Wear and Tear: General wear and tear, including scratches, dents, and fading over time.
  2. Misuse or Abuse: Damage caused by improper use, accidents, drops, or alterations to the tumbler.
  3. Loss or Theft: Lost or stolen items are not covered under this warranty.

 

Claim Process

 

To make a warranty claim, please follow these steps:

  1. Proof of Purchase: Provide a valid proof of purchase (receipt, order confirmation).
  2. Description of Issue: Describe the issue you are experiencing with your tumbler.
  3. Return: You may be asked to return the defective product for inspection.

We reserve the right to require photographic proof of the defect as well as clarification on how the issue occurred to ensure it is in fact a manufacturer defect.

 

Resolution

 

If a defect is found and covered under this warranty, we will, at our discretion, repair the product or replace it with a new or refurbished product of equal value.
